Knight Area returns to Bergkeller (Reichenbach)

It took us over five years, but we finally returned to our German friends in the venue Bergkeller at Reichenbach. Entering the venue is always a somewhat strange sensation, because ... it really doesn't look like a venue. It's an old hotel, and the band and the audience are scattered over a small dining room, with a big pillar in the middle of it. There's a carpet in the corner that serves as a stage. And, very important, there's a bar. But, what Bergkeller lacks in size, it makes up in enthusiasm. I guess that's what attracts a lot of great progressive rock names to this place.

I must admit, that I could still recognize a lot of the faces, and it felt like coming home. We played a double set, and got a good and warm feedback from the audience. There was a lot of beer going on, and I didn't have much sleep in that weekend, but I hope we can return sooner than in 5 years.
